We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning 19th century French Louis walnut sideboard with solid marble top and bronze mounts throughout A very good looking, decorative and well made antique sideboard, the walnut timber patina looks glorious from all angles, the bronze mounts are very well cast, the large central section depicts a French tavern scene, the ladies to the sides resemble ships busts, this is a very decorative piece of art furniture We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be normal patina marks from honest use and genuine age, the marble top has been repaired at some point Dimensions: Height 103cm Width 104.5cm Depth 44cm This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses. Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
